Mussels in tomato sauce with diced potatoes

The best selected mussels in a classic and appetizing recipe based on tomatoes and potatoes. The creaminess of the potatoes combined with the softness of the seafood will give your dish a soft and enveloping touch. Perfect for a first course with a typically Mediterranean flavor.

Ingredienti

INGREDIENTS: Mussels 30% (mussels with shell and shelled mussels), water, potato cubes 17%, sunflower oil, tomato, white wine (contains sulfites), onion, fish broth (maltodextrin, yeast extract, natural flavoring (contain mollusks, crustaceans and fish), fish extract and salt), extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, parsley, natural flavoring (contain mollusks, crustaceans and fish), chili pepper. The product is GLUTEN FREE. Due to the nature of the product, there may at times be traces of shells fragments.

Cooking Instructions

Boil around 250g/300g of pasta/rice in salted water. While the pasta/rice is boiling, pour the frozen sauce into a pan on high heat. Cover with a lid and leave cooking for about 4 mins.

Turn the heat to medium and remove the lid. Cook the sauce for 4 mins, blending the sauce every once in awhile.

Once the pasta/rice is firmly cooked, drain the excess water, pour the pasta/rice into the pan and stir it into the sauce for about 1 minute until blended.
